Submit a Shameful Site
If you have found a shameful site, simple send some screen shots of the site and a description of what makes it shameful to shame.wordpress.com@gmail.com.
Screen shots should be as original as possible and in a lossless format such as gif, png or tiff (not jpg). Try to blank out as little as possible. Check out my Friends Reunited image for example – no changes were made, but I changed my password in order to take this screen shot so the effect can be seen in its fullest:
